Flow Cytometry
General introduction: Immune monitoring by flow cytometry is a fast and highly informative way of understanding the immune response to various applications such as drugs intervention in disease models or characterization of tumor infiltrating leukocytes in tumor microenvironment. We have optimized protocols for tissue processing to isolate immune cells and the capacity to customize flow cytometry panels to suit your needs.
